Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits secure your place in our schedule and cover initial planning and discovery work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing. You will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date, and any prepaid amount for work not yet performed will be refunded.

Monthly services such as SEO, marketing, hosting or maintenance can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded, but the service will continue until the period ends.

If we fail to deliver the agreed scope and are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund for the affected portion of work.

• Third-party costs such as domains, licenses, ad spend, API usage and app-store fees
• Work already delivered and approved
• Custom work completed before a cancellation request

Email us with your project name, invoice number and the reason for your request. We aim to review requests within five business days, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
