We provide AI solutions, voice agents, automation, web and app development, SEO and digital marketing. The exact deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the scope agreed at the time of quoting; work outside that scope is billed separately after your approval.

Most projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on completion. Recurring services are billed in advance. Late payments may pause work until the account is brought up to date.

Change requests are welcome. We will estimate the impact on cost and schedule and only proceed once you confirm the change in writing.

Timely delivery depends on receiving content, feedback, access credentials and approvals from you when needed. Delays in providing these may shift project timelines.

Once paid in full, you own the custom deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as part of your deliverables. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Some solutions rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, AI APIs, payment gateways or app stores. Their terms and fees apply separately and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoLogicsTech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
